Mint Sauce Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar dissolved in a little warm water
- Quarter teaspoon turmeric
- handful fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- or 1 teaspoon mint from a jar
Cooking method:
Add the turmeric to the sweet water and mix well then combine all ingredients together. Serve with poppadoms or tandoori and tikka dishes.
