Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar dissolved in a little warm water
  • Quarter teaspoon turmeric
  • handful fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • or 1 teaspoon mint from a jar

Cooking method:

Add the turmeric to the sweet water and mix well then combine all ingredients together. Serve with poppadoms or tandoori and tikka dishes.
